Alison Krauss one of most popular and successful Country Musicians born on the 23rd of July 1971 in Decatur, Illinois in the US. She and LeAnn Kymes were two of the youngest winners of the Grammy Award. Alison Maria Krauss is an American singer, songwriter and bluegrass musician. She was born on July 23, 1971. She started working in the business of music at a very young age. at the age of 10 she was a winner in local contests, and then recorded her first album. She signed with Rounder Records in 1985 and made her debut solo album in 1987. She was asked to join the band with whom she performs Alison Krauss and Union Station and later released her first album as a band in 1989.
