Anita Sarkeesian, a Canadian/American media critic is also a popular public speaking event organizer. Feminist Frequency was created by Sarkeesian. It hosts video clips featuring commentary and analysis of gender representations in contemporary culture. Anita Sarkeesian is an award-winning Canadian-American feminist media critic as well as blogger. Feminist Frequency, a web-based resource for education that examines women's role in the narratives of pop culture It is the brainchild of Anita Sarkeesian.
